This 1940’s Smoothie is an instant Ice Cream Mixer made out of heavy aluminum with a brushed finish by the Ralmac Corporation. Ingredients, suggested in the given recipes, are put in the main container body and stirred and thickened with a spoon. A CO2 cartridge is screwed into the bottom until the charge is released. This will be indicated by a hissing and bubbling sound inside the Smoothie. You then shake the Smoothie for 10-15 seconds, invert it, and loosen the top until the “Satinsmooth” ice cream starts to flow.
