These 1950’s Ever-Tite Clothes Line Titeners appear to be on a wooden store display. They cost 60 cents each and could fit on any pipe. Slack wire, rope or plastic clothesline can be wound on the titener. Line tension, regulated by the lever arms, holds a pipe firmly to a crossarm against the pressure of the base.
